Active counties are markets where LienScout Pro has a stable data pipeline against official county auction sources. Each live county shows its sale type (tax lien, tax deed, or hybrid redeemable deed), statutory interest or penalty, redemption window, and the date the source was last checked. Counties without live inventory yet appear as Monitoring or Coming Soon on the roadmap — we don't publish parcel pages until the data is trustworthy enough to support real bidding decisions.
